Copper AM liquid cooling plate
Copper liquid-cooling plate with a labyrinth fin field on the working face — for discussing internal flow paths, sealing lands, and powder removal in copper AM cold plates.
Typical specification
| Item | Typical value |
|---|---|
| Process | Copper metal AM |
| Material | Copper alloy |
| Form | Liquid cold plate with fin field |
| Flow | Labyrinth / fin channels |
| Post | Flush channels; mill seal lands |
Spec sheet mindset
A liquid cold plate is only as good as its flushable channels and flat seal lands. Call inlet/outlet threads or flanges explicitly.
- Mark flow direction if the fin field is directional
- Separate as-built fin tops from gasket faces that must be flat
RFQ checklist
Alloy class, envelope, which faces are sealed, and any leak-check expectation you need performed (state it; we do not invent pressure ratings here).
