Metal AM eVTOL motor stator frame
Aluminum-class eVTOL motor stator frame blank with integrated lattice and fin-style thermal regions — for discussing structure-plus-cooling in one metal AM body; not a certified flight article.
Structure-function integration
Stator frames often need stiffness, a precise bore, and heat paths in a tight envelope. Metal AM can combine those regions in one blank, then CNC only the stator interface.
- Separate structural ribs from cooling lattices in the drawing notes
- Call primary flange datums before any coating discussion
What we will not invent
No thrust, RPM, endurance, or airworthiness claims on this page. Bring certification expectations on the RFQ if they apply.
