Design intent
This example shows a thruster-side bracket where weight and stiffness both matter. Lattice panels can reduce mass where loads allow, while bosses stay solid for fasteners.
- Keep fastener faces flat and accessible for support removal
- Align lattice cells with primary load paths when possible
- Leave clearance for tooling around bolt circles
Manufacturing notes
Metal powder-bed parts need clear support strategy on downward faces. Mark which faces are sealed interfaces so finishing does not undercut sealing lands.
All dimensions and alloys on this page are examples to be confirmed — not a quotation.
What to put on the RFQ
- Preferred alloy family and heat-treat expectation
- Which faces are critical for flatness
- Any NDT or cleanliness requirements (state them; we do not invent certifications)
