Design intent
A showroom bike is useful for talking through titanium AM frame geometry, not for quoting a finished consumer SKU.
- Call which tubes or lugs are AM versus bought-out
- Keep dropout and headset faces thick enough for reaming or facing
- Separate paint keep-outs from structural skins
Manufacturing notes
Orient the build so internal cavities stay flushable after support removal. Mark any faces that must be milled flat before assembly.
What to put on the RFQ
- Preferred titanium alloy family
- Which faces and bores are critical
- Any coating keep-out zones (state them; we do not invent certifications)
