What should be included in an industry-specific RFQ?
Include current CAD and drawings, material, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish, inspection records, packaging, delivery requirements, and any program or supplier restrictions.
Can one project use multiple manufacturing processes?
Yes. Multi-part or assembled programs may combine machining, additive manufacturing, sheet metal, molding, casting, finishing, and assembly.
Can a previous supplier be requested for repeat work?
