Process

If something is not right

Email sales@3dwk.com with your order reference, a description of the issue, photos, and any measurement data.

Our team compares the parts with the drawing, quote, and agreed requirements, and may request samples.

We work with the manufacturing partner to understand what happened.

Where parts do not meet the agreed specification, options such as rework, remake, or another remedy are discussed with you.

Terms

The reference is your drawing and the requirements accepted on the quote.

Reporting windows, eligibility, and remedies are confirmed in each quote and order.

Fit and function of the design itself remain the responsibility of the design owner unless otherwise agreed.

Clear drawings, critical-feature callouts, and requested inspection reports help avoid issues.
